We stayed at the Waterford on Main Beach for 10 nights over the Christmas period – wow, we will be back. Our family of 4 just loved our stay here. Emma at reception was so friendly and welcoming. The apartment was excellent with just the most amazing views. It had a great Nespresso machine with some starter pods, a well-equipped kitchen and it had all smart TVs with Foxtel which was great so we didn’t have to Chrome cast. I wouldn’t return. Despite the lovely views the apartment was dated and badly maintained. Also very greedy - you get one bath towel each and if you need one for your hair (ladies with long hair) then you pay for it as an extra! The aircon unit dripped on the carpet and couldn’t be used in the main bedroom. Holes in the door where a hook had come out and never repaired. Cupboard full of spares and broken parts. Waterford accommodation and Emma and Damien's hospitality made our holiday just perfect! We loved the view from the unit in the early morning, day time and also evening time. If people would like to feel Gold Coast and relax, must stay Waterford. Also layout of the unit gave 4 of us stay there together comfortably. Before we end our holiday there we already talked about our next year holiday schedule, and of course we will be definitely back Waterford. Thank you again and see you next year, Emma and Damien!
