Not a Welcoming Environment. First impressions matter especially when people are trusting you with their loved ones.
I work at the Waterford and can attest to the amount of care and dedication the team members put into the services provided to residents. They work extra hours and make significant sacrifices of their time and energy to ensure the residents are well loved and cared for as if they were their own parents. I would trust putting my own family here which I don't think many healthcare workers can confidently say about their own community!
I love working at Waterford. Great residents + great staff = a great environment.
