So the building itself looks decent and all and we're having balcony work - my biggest issue is the pests! How do we have a pest problem for so long here? I'm not sure how this review will help or not. I just had to share for someone who may be looking into it. One good thing about the building is that our neighbors are generally pleasant.

Very well maintained by experienced staff. It’s a friendly neighborhood to live in. They do allow pets.
My first time writing a review & it’s negative:(. On a Sunday afternoon after getting over a bad cold I went to drop off an envelope to a tenant. I walked from glass door to glass doors trying to get inside the building. I noticed a tenant & softy knocked and got her attention. She pointed to another glass door (locked too). This tenant was talking with someone at the front desk. The tenant disappeared. I was still trying yo get inside. I noticed a silver box away from the building entrance.
