I always enjoy visiting the residents at Waterford and the very helpful staff.
The Waterford at Round Rock community is very welcoming and clean environment. The staff are attentive, kind, and genuinely caring. Knowing my father is surrounded by individuals who treat him with respect and compassion brings us peace of mind. We did go through a stressful period when a flood issue in his room took longer than expected to resolve. It was difficult seeing him displaced and not in his own familiar space.
