I don't recommend the Waterford at Plymouth for your ones. it's run down and some of staff are young and bossy! and full of drama some girl's do transfers that require 2x I'm being honest..
my father was here for two month. And on March 25 he passed away. Some staff members care and others could care less. And the manager of the place only cares about the money not the patients. there was number of times my father was not taken care of when I went to visit him. It was so bad I had to stop coming cause I would of gotten in trouble i tried talking my sister in to moving him back to rocky knowl. I would suggest if u have love ones do research and pick a different place if you love them.
