I visit an old friend, who is a current resident at Waterford, on random occasions. The facility is always clean, well maintained and the staff very helpful. Josh (activities coordinator) has been extremely helpful in providing transportation to and from Dr appointments for all residential clients. Angel and Dalesha, front office employees, have been very helpful with logistics: Signing in, answering questions, providing necessary paperwork for Dr. visits, walking me to resident cottages, delivering mail and care packages.
