Just had a call with a lady GP...I have been waiting for it for more than a week. She was not helpful at; quite dismissive and it didn't feel like she care about the patient - more of like "let's tick another phone call appt off the list"...and I didn't like her tone at all. I am new to this surgery. For sure, my previous one from Reading was 100% better, the GPs were really invested into the patients...so dissapointed!
Thank you to Emma, Amanda and Dr Buxton for fixing me!! Wasn’t the best start with the first call that I thought was a waste of time but after Emma called me back after seeing notes on the system everything after was great they gave me the best service follow up calls appointments etc. I’m now all ok and I’m very grateful thank you!
I agree the online appointment system isn't easy and I got very frustrated and gave up .. I rang the surgery spoke to a lovely receptionist who was very kind and helpful I got a call back from a GP within hours and was prescribed a prescription all in under 24 hrs ..I'm a new patient ... so with all the negative posts I thought it only fair I should give a positive one from my own experience
