The receptionist looked sad. We got told to go to other location which is very far away. Doctor seemed unprofessional but was nice and sociable. I wouldn't recommend.
If I could give -10 stars I would. Rude staff and more worried about "the process" than listening to what is being said to them. Called today multiple times to book an appointment following 111 advising we needed to see a GP urgently and was told I HAD TO USE THE APP. What is the point of having receptionists if all they do is advise to use the app? The staff are constantly showing rudeness, lack of empathy and laziness
They have some new drs and i think the service is improving i hope this helps
People read the reviews there not exaggerating I have frontal lobe syndrome (life long injury) Sleep apnea Anxiety/depression I attended the doctors for a fit note i was then told by the doctor frontal lobe syndrome happened 10 years ago why do i need a fit note now (its for health assessments) and stated that on the notes i was fit for work in 2016 i had a pip assessment nov 2024 and currently receive high rate care and mobility unsure why shes based my health on a assessment that was 8 years older and basically asked me to... read more
