The rooms and the beds are wonderful. Sadly, my praise ends there. I was waiting for a simple check in for between 5-10 minutes when I arrived. Cats were backed up, waiting to unload. The air conditioner in the room was either malfunctioning or just a poor design. When the fan is set to “high”, I barely felt moving air standing directly in front of it.
