I have used Water Specialists for 15 years at my home north of Hillsborough. Last recent was system service. A young man named Tanner was very detailed and knowledgeable. Prior services, Pressure tank replaced, Iron filter tank added to water softener system. Well liner installed 6 years ago. Service staff and office staff are 100% professional and personable. We'd like to thank the Water Specialist's Tre for his expert handling of our water filter installation yesterday. He was professional, courteous and displayed confidence and competence from the start to the finish of our project. He walked me through the process before he started, let me watch over his shoulder (out of the way), answered questions as I asked them and took us on a final inspection once he was through to make sure we knew what he did and where each pipe and spigot were and how they operated. Yesterday (8/13/26), Tanner installed a new water buffer system under my house, and did an excellent technical job. In addition, he (and Chris) efficiently moved an already existent pH neutralizing system to be in line with the new water buffer system. Finally, Tanner did an excellent job of educating me "how" the new system works. This company and their employees always seem to do excellent work, and I can highly recommend them for any "water system" work. Will has great customer service, is extremely knowledgeable, honest and is VERY attentive to detail. My water has been off for 2 months & instead of charging me an arm and a leg, he respectfully requested for me to run the water for a week to get a proper reading. Integrity like that isn't found everywhere & sometimes, something like this can be overlooked. But not Will, his morals allowed me to feel safe with going with The Water Specialist. Great team. Very reliable and always good at communicating
