Our well water had stopped running and I called the Water Specialist after researching some companies online. The company had a lot of good reviews and I can see why. Randy and Chris came out first thing in the morning and quickly got our water running again. These guys knew what they were doing, were very friendly and well mannered. I will continue to use this company for any issues in the future. Highly recommend them!

I have had a reverse osmosis system for five years. The Water Specialist is a great company and their service technicians are friendly and responsive.
I had service performed on the water softener system at my newly-purchased home on August 11, 2025. Tanner was the service rep who did the work. He was very professional and was a great help in familiarizing me with what I should know about the system and how to maintain it. My first encounter with The Water Specialist group was very positive from the first phone call to them to receiving my bill via email -- all extremely efficient and professional. And Tanner was a personable young man.
Dakota & Randy did an outstanding job! Thank you for all your help and services. Came out on the same day we called! Highly recommend.
