I have dealt with the water specialist for forty years....back when Ray Sparrow first got started. Recently, I had the water treatment system installed in my home and have also gone on every 3 months of maintenance service. This last visit was Randy. He is very knowledgeable and very informative in talking to the client about all data collected that day. Why go anywhere else, call The Water Specialist.
I called The Water Specialist with a well water problem. The well is extremely shallow, and after very heavy rains, ground surface run off water contaminated the aquifer with coliform bacteria. I spoke with Will Atwater, Technical Sales Manager, and he met me on site and suggested an ultraviolet light disinfectant system. He was knowledgeable and clearly explained the system in detail. Our well water had stopped running and I called the Water Specialist after researching some companies online. The company had a lot of good reviews and I can see why. Randy and Chris came out first thing in the morning and quickly got our water running again. These guys knew what they were doing, were very friendly and well mannered. I will continue to use this company for any issues in the future. Highly recommend them!
Your crew which included Sam was very professional and efficient. They uncovered my problem quickly, provided the alternatives and quickly implemented the recommended solution for that day. In addition they provided more information as to what will happen next in terms of follow-up actions. I strongly recommend the service.
