Tanner from The Water Specialists provided first-rate service to the water-treatment system in our single-family home, in addition to clearly explaining the entire system to me. We are outside city limits & on well/septic. When we first moved in to our home in 2021, as first-time home buyers, The Water Specialist was recommended to us. When a rotten egg smell came on in our water, they recommended removing the anode rod in our water heater. 4 years later, I now know that rather than simply removing the anode rod, it should have been replaced with a zinc-aluminum or powered rod. They did not recommend this, & we subsequently had to replace our water heater. This company charged us $300 for a service ... read more

I can't say enough good things about Randy. Our relatively new water filtration system was not performing as expected, which prompted our call to the Water Specialist. Randy was knowledgeable, considerate, and professional. He effectively problem solved in a timely manner. Not only did he explain the issue in clear terms , he provided a demonstration of the culprit. Thank you, Randy!
