I can only speak of the water softener part of Bryan's business. We have had our system serviced by Bryan's for years and recently had an issue. I went into the store to speak to Bryan in person. I thought it was best to handle this problem face to face, but because there was going to be a delay doing this, I took some pictures to show Bryan. Quality water, from quality people. Knowledgeable and friendly.
Bryan and his team have been fantastic to work with. Our hot tub (inherited through a home purchase, not purchased from Bryan) ended up having a very difficult issue to diagnose, and throughout the entire process they were honest, professional, and incredibly patient. Bryan and Jim took the time to explain what they were finding, answered all of my questions, and never made me feel rushed or pressured into unnecessary repairs.
