I'm extremely satisfied with the outcome. I highly recommend Roto Rooter Plumbing & Drain Service and The Water Heater Guy for any plumbing or water heater needs. Five stars isn't enough - I'd give them ten stars if I could!

I called at 8am January 27th they had a new water heater installed by 2pm the same day. Excellent service. I recommend them 100%.

They came and relit the pilot light for us which was $138… it only lasted a day (we knew we might need a new water heater after the conversation with him but thought maybe the demise of the water heater wouldn’t necessarily be the next day) So a day later we had the water heater replaced.(around $1400) They did a good job on the water heater and it was quick. But they caused a leak in a pipe a foot from the valve they changed. We called and they said it wasn’t their fault…but that they would give us a deal to repair it. (50-... read more

If you live out of the city and need someone to change your water heater these guys are GREAT! I wasn't able to get anyone local to where I live (almost an hour from city), and after calling around in the city was going to get way over charged to have someone come out from a few other companies I had called (especially on the mileage). John was great to work with on the phone to arrange things and answer my questions and give me an estimate (bonus final bill came out to slightly less than his rough estimate).
