Dylan was awesome to deal with. He went above and beyond to make sure our problem on the farm was solved. He was very knowledgeable when he walked me through things to check and try before committing to parts and service. He contacted Bradford White on our behalf to try and diagnose and resolve a fault in our hot water tanks on the farm. It ended up being something that the company said was 1 in 1,000,000. I would rate them a 0 if i could ,Customer service rep was very rude and ignorant and did not want to listen to a word i said. Kept cutting me off in mid conversation and talked to me as if i knew absouletly nothing.
Needed my "Electric Hot Water Tank" replaced because of age and starting to leak! Did some research and the name that continued to pop up was Dylan (The Water Heater Guy), checked his site and read some comments, which looked very favorable!
