Needed my "Electric Hot Water Tank" replaced because of age and starting to leak! Did some research and the name that continued to pop up was Dylan (The Water Heater Guy), checked his site and read some comments, which looked very favorable! Used a detailed "prompt" on a couple of Ai websites, asking for 3 recommendations and he appeared in both of those searches as well! Dylan came next-day to replace my leaking hot water tank. He is very honest, kind, and definitely knows his trade, taking the time to explain everything as he went along. Top-notch installation. I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone!
Moved into a new home and realized the gas hot water tank was leaking shortly after. Called Dylan and he responded straight away. He was extremely communicative and knowledgeable about what we needed and didn't try and upsell me at all (even though I was pushing for something that wouldn't work for our setup...trust the experts). Job was done expeditiously at a very reasonable cost. Would absolutely recommend!
