Our hot water tank began leaking on Good Friday, and Dylan answered the phone when most other places were closed. As I do before most purchases I research the web. I always try my best to purchase from the local guy who pays taxes and reinvests locally. 'The Water Heater Guy' did not disappoint. After filling out the 'Contact Us' form on their website, Dylan contacted me in less than 12 hours to set up an appointment to look over the job. Dylan was awesome to deal with. He went above and beyond to make sure our problem on the farm was solved. He was very knowledgeable when he walked me through things to check and try before committing to parts and service. He contacted Bradford White on our behalf to try and diagnose and resolve a fault in our hot water tanks on the farm. It ended up being something that the company said was 1 in 1,000,000. I would rate them a 0 if i could ,Customer service rep was very rude and ignorant and did not want to listen to a word i said. Kept cutting me off in mid conversation and talked to me as if i knew absouletly nothing.
