They were great! When our washing machine leaked through to the first floor, they coned over right away, set up their equipment and cam back almost daily to check on it until it was dry.
Steve and team were wonderful to work with! He answered every call promptly, explained each step for us and was overall super professional. Pricing was also super reasonable. 10/10, would recommend!
Had water issues stemming from the roof and it went to two walls, also a lot of humidity in a bathroom. Steve and his crew came and immediately put fans and dehumidifiers. Next day came to open the walls and take out wet insulation, continued with the fans and dehumidifiers again overnight. Came this AM to check if it was dried. Steve came out same day to assessment my water damage and gave me his professional opinion. Process was seamless and easy. I highly recommend.
I contacted Water Damage Pros after our downstairs was flooded during Hurricane Chantal. When other larger companies could not commit to send anyone out for many days, Steve came out the same day. I had a team out the following day for remediation. These guys aren’t cheap—I don’t think anyone is—they were fast, courteous, and super-responsive.
