My wife and I recently visited the Water Closet Showroom in Orillia in search of fixtures and vanities for two of our bathrooms. It was our first time there. Upon entering we observed three staff members, all at their desk. None of were on the phone. None of the employees said hello or welcomed us into their store. This is a hidden gem of a store! The choice and quality of their product is amazing. We had specific needs for an accessible shower system but didn’t want anything institutional looking. We described what we wanted and Melinda had no hesitation in showing us the Riobel system. It’s so functional! Perfect. And very handsome in matte black. This is not box store quality and it showed right away. We love it! Only suggestion is to make the store entrance accessible please 🦽
