The least you can do is greet the customer and it’s okay if it will take you a while to make them a drink. We can understand. But not to get noticed for 20+ minutes is just poor customer service. What happened to this place?! Finally back in town after 14 years and was so looking forward to getting a nostalgic drink here. I knew ahead of time ownership had changed but I kept high hopes for the culture to be similar to how it was. Unfortunately I was let down. Sat at the bar on a slow night, waited 20 minutes to even get the attention of the bar tender. By then I was heading out. Greatest bar ever!!! They kept “what’s new pussycat?” by the legendary Tom Jones on the jukebox!!! Alllll night!!! What a gem!!!! Great service!! Great people!!!
