I could not have asked for a more perfect location for my wedding day. We had an outdoor wedding with perfect weather (and fall foliage!) and not only was the venue gorgeous, the staff was SUPER helpful and friendly! I got dressed in the nicest bridal suite I've ever been in (modern plumbing in a vintage building is SO nice!), and every single question or worry was handled before I knew it. We had a perfect wedding in a great spot and I'm super super happy I found this beautiful place. Thank you SO much!
Had a lovely time at a friend's wedding there. Despite being an old building, the air conditioning was great considering what a hot day is was. Drinks were good, staff was so nice, food was good. Overall, recommended!
Great place for a wedding and reception
Everyone we worked with at The Washington, including Cait, Ann, and Beatrice, were professional and knowledgeable. They helped facilitate a lovely wedding day. We appreciated the indoor back-up plan in case of inclement weather, but gladly didn’t end up needing it. Despite some powerful storms recently, the outside area looked pristine. We appreciated being given guidance to drive any guests with mobility issues up the hill to attend the ceremony. We have received nothing but compliments on our selection of venue.
The Washington is my all time FAVORITE venue!! I am the owner and lead coordinator of my business, Beyond Blissful Events. I've been to many venues over the years, and of them all, The Washington is truly the best. The property is gorgeous and lush with gardens- no matter where you step it is photo worthy!
