Great building and management! I lived here for two years, and would highly recommend the building to anyone looking for an apartment in downtown New Haven.
I loved living at The Washington. My apartment was incredible~ no other apartments could compare with the quality of kitchen, large beautiful windows, and open concept. I also wanted a place where I only had a few neighbors versus living in a huge apartment complex, which made the experience feel more like a home compared to a business. I really enjoyed living in the washington building. It is centrally located in downtown New Haven, close to shops and the hospital/campus. Management is one of the best, very responsive and always trying to meet the residents' needs.
Truly a great place to call home! Amenities are well kept; other residents are courteous and the Management team is one of the best! Great location if you are working at the hospital/campus. Amazing residential building, great customer service specially from Maintenance.
