I go here about once a week because it's very close to my office. The wash is fine, and if I go super early in the morning or late at night, it's a pleasant experience. However, if I go during the day it's usually pretty annoying. I'm perfectly capable of pushing my own buttons on the screen and paying for the wash with my card all by myself.
