Disappointed with the service. I recently brought my new car to the Wash Tub, taking advantage of the year of complimentary cleanings it came with. Unfortunately, the experience didn’t meet expectations. The dashboard, center console, and other interior surfaces were still noticeably dirty, suggesting the job was rushed. Despite me asking them to retract brushes and to soft wash my less than 2 month old suv, they scratched my driver side back panel with 8 semi circular scratches, 2 full thickness paint off scratches on driver side mirror case and tons of water spots. Nobody wants to be accountable for the damage.
