Hi. My car is really never cleaned good when I go there the cup holder still had coffee stain. They don’t even wipe down the inside still dusty. The outside still dripping with dirt. And being that it wasn’t crowded they should take their time. From now on I’m tip them the amount of service they did which usually 2.00 maybe 1.00 that’s just enough to get you a soda for hot days! Going to Busy Bee car wash instead.

RecommendedHighly recommend the Washtub on Bitters. The staff and crew do an outstanding job. Very friendly and professional. They are open for business, come on out and have your car looking like new.
Horrible experience left that place very unsatisfied I went to go get my seats clean I was not satisfied I told the manager how I felt his answer was “What do you want us to do we can’t make them look brand new” very rude and unprofessional. He also offered to clean them again while he complained on how I was wasting his time and labor hours plus his chemicals extremely disappointed with the management. So if you want horrible service this is the place to go.
Been going here for years. Most consistent location I've used and folks are friendly.
