Well, you just lost a long term costumer!! Paid upfront for an " Exterior Ultimate Correction" detailed buffing and wax/sealant job and a " Express Interior Super Clean" job. Went to lunch next door for a hour and came back to your waiting room. The so called "detail" work crew were standing around my wife's car and laughing and joking around. There were three of them.
