Paid for a Super Wash today,($30.99) disappointed in service and will never return to this location. Cat pawn prints still on hood and roof, many spots which took me literally 45 seconds to rub off. Interior, many areas left unattended even after I explained to them and showed the attendee the locations. Manager/ Supervisor/(Ray) stated the super wash is only a light dusting, however it clearly states complete vinyl protection.
Went Wash Tub first time and was very disappointed. We had the super wash. The van had dirt all around the van. The inside panels where dirty. The attendant came and cleaned up what they had missed but was spraying something to wipe the dirt off. The van was waxed on the outside and he was using the spray.the inside looked like it was just wiped down not clean as we expected. There is still dirt on the driver's door handle.. We have been to other car wash and had a better wash. Not happy at all
Can't wait until my membership is over so I can get good service across town!
They wanna charge $40 to get the mud off of my car.. $40 Effin dollars. They are outta their minds. Did I mention I have a membership so they want $40 on top of that but never charge the husband!!!
They need to hire more people !
I will not be returning. Asked for seats to be wiped, didn't happen. Asked trunk to be vacuumed, didn't happen. Front of car not cleaned. Very sub par job. Why didn't I say anything - because you pay $40 for specific things and you trust it to be done. Same thing occurred last visit so no more chances. They have a bunch of people working at this location that just do not care. I'll be going somewhere else going forward. The New Braunfels needs a change in management. This place needs to hire more workers !
Long waits on Saturdays
I will NOT be returning to this place again. I have been a loyal custermer until just recently. I drive a large vehicle that has to be hand washed because it will not fit in the drive through carwash, and I accept that and the fact that it is going to cost me more to get it hand washed. They have always done a decent job at best, but it kept me from having to wash it myself.
