Wash tub has employees that steal from customers vehicles. (Shocking huh) My loss wasnt big but if you cant trust them to even be left alone vacuum your vehicle for a few minutes then why even go there to begin with. There's no telling what they make off with on a daily basis!

Took my truck in for a wash and was very disappointed in the first pass as they tried to hand off my truck. The two gentleman that were drying my vehicle were very lackadaisical and didn’t do even a decent job at performing their job. The young man Andrew stepped up and corrected everything that was either done incorrectly or not done at all. He had such a professional and upbeat attitude. Rey is not very people friendly. Lacks basic customer service skills. This is your frontline worker, the first person to come in contact with a customer, he definitely needs to be put in another position within your company.
