You buy a pass and they stay broke down over half the time. I even got stuck in the car wash . This place need to shut down
Unfortunately, the detailing I've had at this location BEFORE they sold or changed names was exceptional HOWEVER, this is about business practices. I utilized the auto car wash and and they offered an upcharge of $10 for a month sooooooo silly me I thought, BECAUSE it was not advertised to be otherwise, it was a one time deal. Low and behold I was ROBBED, it was not. APPARENTLY, I signed up for the rest of my life. I was told, I should have looked at the bottom of my receipt because it was spelled out there. GO FIGURE! Visited on 8-22 and went through the wash. Decided on this place instead of going across town to Rocket Wash as the interior was needed. I paid an additional $15 for an absolute JOKE of an interior wash. All of the workers walked away to go inside AFTER I asked if they could wash the inside since I paid for it. 1 kid came back out to wipe it down inside with windex. Kevin treated my car great! ( like it was his own ) Inside and out! Very nice to deal with people who are kind and respectful! Will always use The Wash Shop.
