Sprayed tyre shine all over the plastic around my wheel arches, permanently staining all of them. Terrible attention to detail and careless. Poor and unacceptable.
Such a disappointment For an interior and exterior clean, if I had done it myself, the outcome would have been way better. For the interior, the floormats were barely vacuumed and around the edges and below not touched at all. We rang to check what an interior and exterior clean would entail and were told interior wipe down and vacuum. For the exterior, my car now has lovely streaks - again, no attention to detail. Will definitely not be returning.
Paid $300 for a full detail on a small car and it was a complete waste of money. The duco was supposed to be cut and polished, but that clearly didn’t happen—there were still marks all over it, and dried polish left on the paint that I had to remove myself. Water drip marks were everywhere, and the upholstery stayed wet for three days afterward. Overall, the quality was very poor for the price. I would have been better off getting a regular wash and saving my money. I won’t be going back and can’t recommend this service
Just picked up my car and it’s the worst job ever. It was dark in the car park so it looked ok but as I drove out OMG not even vacuumed, coffee stains…. I didn’t expect to have a perfect job but this is just not acceptable. $75 waisted
I dont think that they know how to clean cars. This is their top of the range $94 in&out wash/clean and wax. All door jambs are still dirty, dash still lots of dust. Tireblack overspray and uneven application. This is really very poor service. Its as if they dont care.
