Looks like I had a similar experience as some others. I went to wash my car, paid, but the door to the auto carwash bay didn't open and I was unable to pull in/wash my car. The screen eventually timed out and went back to the purchase screen. I called the customer service number that day, left a message, no response. It's a week later and I've called again. Not out a bunch of $, but not a good look for a business.
