I have had three cars on a membership program and used to love coming here for self care wash service. The car was service has gone down. Less than half the vacuum work. More half hang on the ground because it won’t stay in the hose which makes the pull low to collect dirt. I brought to staff attention they were apologetic but overall it’s not their fault. Closed over and over again. No response when called on the phone
Update 2: 2 days later. Closed again. Update: just tried for the second day in a row and they are closed still. It’s Sunday afternoon and 85° out there there’s no reason for them to be closed. At this point, I don’t think I’m ever going get my car washed. Their hours are extremely inconsistent. I have made the trip there multiple times and 9 out of 10 times they are closed. I am updating my last review. 7 months ago I gave a deserved 5 stars. Zay was very professional and friendly. Made the car wash a great experience! However, lately this location is closed A LOT during their advertised normal business hours. I drove over to get my car washed at 1:10pm and they are closed. Why?? It's sunny and in the middle of the day. Are you going out of business? Have been trying to get our vehicles washed for about a week but the wash doors are closed and the cones are blocking the entrance. Need to know so my wife and I can cancel our memberships.
