These guys have restarted the monthly plan that i cancelled without my consent twice now and have refused to reimburse me for the total even when their system shows I never used them.
Very disappointed. I paid for a one-year membership but lost over a month of service when the car wash was shut for repairs. Customer service confirmed the situation via emails and didn't offer ANY form of compensation. My advice - avoid the membership.

The transition to Whistle Express happened completely without warning—no email or text notifications. Additionally, construction dragged on for weeks, and the facilities are still not fully operational.
