Came in today to plan vacuum and car wash. As I was vacuuming I was informed that I cannot use to vacuum the hood. I understand that it that is one of the rules. The guy was quite rude and disrespectful with his high tone of his voice and talking down on me. I told him that you could be more professional, polite, and kind. I was irate. I’ve been going to this place for quite sometime. The other attendants were courteous. They should not employ this guy. He has an attitude.
Got unlimited plan.. been there about 6 times ..never more than 2 cars in front of me. Pre wash attendant always quick and thorough.. good monthly price..cleans a bit better than my old car was spot.
Paid for the tire shine did not get that
They always close early. They’re never opened until 6 o’clock.
