Don't do it! They only accept cards at this self car wash (should've been my first clue). Machine shows $3 on its display. A sign indicates that I would be prompted to add time. There are, of course, no prompts. I get done with the wash and see a $10 charge to my bank account. Not long after, it's been inflated to $19.25. Absolutely no other indications that I was going to be, or had been charged anything other than the $3. After seeing other reviews, I now know that this is the norm at this place. Absolutely a waste of money. Says it cost 3 dollars, then charges me 10+ and won’t let me cancel like how the machine tells me to.

They remodeled it with a card reader. No more coin operation. Doesn't tell you how much you are spending. Rinsed my truck off and got charged $10 on my statement!, Can't imagine how much it would be to seriously wash it. Probably cheaper to pay a car wash to do it now. Total rip-off. They ruined it.

Neither of the vacuums worked, but both took my money and wouldn't refund it. Then the car wash only takes a card, after spending all my cash on quarters. So I decided to try the app because it said 6 dollars free for joining. It gave me the 6 dollars, but the first 3 were spent in under 2 minutes, so I was forced to use the other 3, which again went in under 2 mins. So now my car is all soapy, it doesn't take quarters, and to add credits on the app, you are forced to add a minimum of 30 dollars. Why would I want to waste an... read more

Update: After an extensive equipment update (which took longer than I had hoped) the Wash Buggy is back. You can pay by credit card or you can use their "Touch for Wash" phone App which has monthly subscription options that are a very good value. I've been there 5-6 times since the equipment update and everything is running smoothly now. Updating the rating to 5 stars... Previous review: I think the power was off and the machine still took money, but didn’t work. Oops!
