I take car washes very seriously, so I do not take this review lightly. This is the best car wash I have had in a very long time! I am a loyal Wash And roll customer, but I wish we had the wash bar in Nashville! I had the best pre wash down that I’ve had in a long time before the car wash even began. They used very powerful sprayers and even pushed the mirrors in so that when I went through the car wash the mirrors didn’t pop out- Which was much appreciated! The vacuum area is also perfect! They always do an amazing job! I live in the country and on gravel roads so my car is usually filthy by the time I make it in and the pre-scrub they do by hand is so helpful with getting the dust taken care of. I also really appreciate the free vacuums and interior cleaner/rags!
Was given a free car wash and not only did my vehicle come out dirty, it also got damaged in the process. After speaking with a guy in management who was extremely rude, I gave the car wash another try. Again, my vehicle came out dirty and had bright green neon soap not rinsed off of it. I would be extremely irritated if I had paid for these car washes. Not to mention, the vacuums barely have suction.
I just recently purchased a membership here for my husband and I and so far I am very pleased with the actual car wash itself. Even if there’s a line, it doesn’t take long and my car looks amazing. Definitely worth the price of the membership considering what one car wash costs anywhere else in town. Horrible car wash. Over $20 for just the 2nd option. The promo code wouldn't work so i just paid the money since i had a line of cars blocking me in. Do not waste your money, place won't clean the whole car.
