I just recently purchased a membership here for my husband and I and so far I am very pleased with the actual car wash itself. Even if there’s a line, it doesn’t take long and my car looks amazing. Definitely worth the price of the membership considering what one car wash costs anywhere else in town. I take car washes very seriously, so I do not take this review lightly. This is the best car wash I have had in a very long time! I am a loyal Wash And roll customer, but I wish we had the wash bar in Nashville! I had the best pre wash down that I’ve had in a long time before the car wash even began. They used very powerful sprayers and even pushed the mirrors in so that when I went through the car wash the mirrors didn’t pop out- Which was much appreciated! The vacuum area is also perfect! The touch screen was so easy to use, the guy at the front was kind and patient bc I was confused about when to switch to neutral lol the car wash was awesome and I could tell it was doing a thorough job, I’ve never seen anything like it. The wash was great, and my car came out very clean. However, the associates doing the presoak prior to going into the automated car wash folded in each of my power-folding mirrors by hand against the motors and it made the most foul noise and crunch I have ever heard my car make. There was a reason it was hard to fold them in by hand. When I unfolded them after the wash, it made the same crunching/grinding noise. Hopefully, nothing is broken. I cancelled my subscription for the automatic wash today. Of the last 4 or 5 washes that I had there, they had all been subpar, with the one today being one of the worst that I had gotten anywhere. Overpriced for what you get. I also had to go in the office to cancel as the app would not work. Unfortunate as I had been a member almost since they opened. Not going back.
