I left my CRV to be detailed went down to talk to the young man but realized my vehicle wasn’t there. I ask where it was and he told me his friend had taken it to clean the interior at another location. I hadn’t given him permission to allow anyone to remove my car from the premises. When I got my car back my weather tech floor mats that cost almost $700.00 dollars were replaced with cheap CRV mats. When I got home I realized that they had been swapped out. Needless to say I will never go back there again!

It's wonderful that Jack help to clean up the car completely! It's totally different and look brand new of it. I can't just let him go and must write this comment for him! He is doing such a great thing with the valueable price that you cannot imagine. Will do recommend anyone who bought a used car, then to have him to clean it up at the first time!
