I hope to increase score, have noticed a change and much improved personal interaction from reception. Doctors and medical staff are always considerate. I’m getting older and find the online system a bit challenging but I guess this is progress? It is speedier in response compared to patches.
Excellent sevice and care from every department I’ve used over the last 19 years! Well done in what must be a difficult job!
I’ve never had a problem with the service, if I put a health issue on the online app I get a response within the hour usually.
