This is a lovely practice. The GPs here are kind, caring and knowledgeable. The service I've received for myself and my children has been very good.

There is so much redundancy on and around this web site. With the advent of the much vaunted Patches app. Time for a bit of housekeeping! Confused ? Yes I am.
Almost impossible to make an appointment - they refuse to do so by phone, and therefore you are forced to use the appalling online 'Patchs' tool, which makes you answer many, many generic and irrelevant questions, and then offers an appointment at some arbitrary, and ridiculously distant, time in the future. Also, you can't even use the online booking system whilst the centre is closed - which is totally stupid. I can't even find a direct link to the booking system on the centre's website.
