DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY! Avoid this company. They refused to pay for the repairs on my Can Am. I purchased this (comprehensive) extended warranty from the dealer but they denied to pay the dealership claim for the repairs. They refused to pay for the faulty wiring harness of my vehicle. The dealer that I originally purchased the service contract from felt so bad that they refunded me the contract purchase price to help me with the bill. They deserve "0" stars.
Don't waste your money!!! We purchased a "comprehensive" warranty - and validated with VW that our issue would have been a repair covered under our initial warranty - this company found any reason to deny it. Total waste of money- i understand why they have such low ratings
Horrible company. You’d be better off burning your money than buying one of their “extended service agreements”. Should just call them “take your money and run agreements”. Denied my claim DESPITE the fact it says right in the agreement that the damaged part IS COVERED. Will be contacting my state and their states attorney general to put in complaints and possibly my lawyer
