Not impressed to learn that when you trade in this vehicle you DO NOT GET A REFUND of the unused portion of this contract. There is NO WAY the owner of the vehicle that has PAID THE ENTIRE cost of the contract can be reimbursed. This is SHADY as hell. Learned something new today. Bought a car , dealership didn't tell me I was paying for warranty, 5 days later I tried to cancel, can't get thru to get $3200 refunded
This company is now owned by Assurant and the day the shop put the claim in to install a new radiator in my truck it was approved. Outstanding TY
How is the company still in business? Oh I know why, because they are partnered with dealerships that push their lame non responsive warranty service on you, that is only the administrator who third parties the actual warranty to other companies. This not only confused me but confused the repair dept at BMW. This confusion added 2 extra days to this claim. Leaving this review to offer some hope to those in need. When my transmission failed, I immediately checked reviews for the warranty I purchased with my car, and I was incredibly stressed after reading these! However, my experience with this company was AMAZING! I had my car towed to the dealership, where they diagnosed the issue and submitted the claim on my behalf. I paid for the tow myself because my car was in a low clearance garage (a flatbed wouldn’t fit) but they did offer to pay for a tow. They approved my claim with... read more
