Package is 5 days behind. Zero help from customer service and don’t bother sending them emails.. they won’t respond or call you back. Ordered on the 3rd was supposed to be here the 10th. Now not arriving till the 15th

Got a bang trim today, very disappointed with how it turned out, it’s completely uneven and I don’t know where to begin with fixing this mess. How is this allowed?
Ordered products from their online store as well 2 day shipping. The items never arrived and no one from their team will respond to any emails. Very disappointing and poor customer services. Was 110% ripped off - stay away.
