Loads of equipment, good vibe, very iron style gym if you like that vibe. Also has equipment for functional fitness. You can really build yourself into whatever your goal is at this gym. Only thing I would put a negative on is the Concept 2 row ergs are very old and have little resistance.
Great gym and even better atmosphere
