The pool is always closed. Classes are always cancelled. The schedule is never accurate. You might show up to a class because it is on the schedule, but there is no instructor. This YMCA makes not attempts to find a substitute after 20 people show up for a class. Especially after you drag your little ones out and enroll them in the stay and play. This happens frequently here. No one cares about the member experience here.
The gym is immaculate. Tons of options as far as machines go. All the equipment is brand new (Literally less than a week old). This gym upgrades their gym equipment rvery 2 to 3 years. The basketball court floors and other workout room floors are all brand new. There has been a ton of money invested in this place and it has clearly gone to good use. Friendly environment.
