I only went in for a simple blood test and it ended up taking nearly two hours. The clinic was unhygienic and disorganised, with a waiting area that looked more like a garage. There was only one doctor doing everything — consultations, blood tests, even sample collection — and just one receptionist, which caused long delays. During the blood test, there was no privacy, the doctor did not wear gloves or disinfect the area until I insisted, and the gloves provided were the wrong size and poorly used.
