I accompanied my mother to see Dr. Khan, and we were truly impressed by his care. He is such a welcoming and warm person, who explained everything in detail in a calm and kind manner. His smiling face and reassuring approach made us feel completely at ease. We felt overwhelmed—in the best way—by the attention and compassion he showed. I am feeling very disappointed with this practice and am even considering moving to another one. Advice to all patients registered with The Wand Medical centre, if you have blood test and the doctor didn't call you for follow up don't assume that everything is fine and that's why the doctor did ask to see you to discuss the results. Basically the reason high likely because the results was lost and its not in your record. It happened to me Twice in Two different time. Thanks
