Nice & relaxing atmosphere. Food & service were both good.
The best service coupled with the best food and the best atmosphere for contemplation and conversation. Rarely can you find a place this excellent in your travels. Ask for Mariah. She’s a treasure.
We hadn't been there for years so thought we'd give it another try. The restaurant seemed bigger. Maybe they added a second room or I just don't recall it from last time. The food was not great. We had a hamburger (so-so) and the steak salad. The horseradish dressing was very good. The steak was flavored well but had some grissley pieces. The salad was supposed to have artichokes and asparagus. It had three bite sized pieces of asparagus and about one quarter of an artichoke broken up. Definitely not worth $29. We had a nice dinner which included starting with cheese curds and the relish tray. Thought the cheese curds were pricey for what we got. The relish tray had cheese beer spread, Thai chicken spread, and salmon spread all of which were delicious. Others included were green olives, jared Gerkins, sliced cucumber that seemed somehow poorly pickled :(crostini, cheese cubes, and Ritz crackers (yikes). The salads were fresh. Worst anniversary experience I've had. Wish I need it was just about drinks and not food. Menu had significantly less then what was posted online so that kinda through us off.
