Wow. As a professional real estate investor, I'm shocked at the way Enrique handled my call about one of his short sale properties. He said there "are no showings" when I've bought multiple short sales where realtors showed the property, so I asked if it was vacant or not. To which he hung up the phone on me. This is terrible considering I'm not sure if the bank/seller he's working with is happy that he drops the phone on legit all cash buyers lol.
