I'm not one for going to doctors as I always feel very rushed with just a 10minute appointment spot. However needs must and I went to see one of the doctors in this practice for the first time. My appointment was 8;15 and I didn't leave until 8.45am. I felt the doctor listened and didn't rush me and we put a treatment plan together. More practices should be like this one.
Everyone in the practice has been very kind and helpful, truly. Thank you.
I’ve had general practitioners elsewhere before, but I truly believe this is the worst experience I’ve had in every aspect. No matter what issue you’re dealing with, you won’t receive any real help. I honestly can’t understand how an official GP clinic can operate this way. The reception is a complete disaster, and even if you do manage to get an appointment, your problem won’t be solved.
Would it be at all possible for someone to have a look at the practices alarm system ? It's currently going off & randomly goes off for 15/20 minutes at a time often late at night disturbing local residents.
