I am extremely upset with your company! First of all, I did not receive my order in the time frame it was promised. Secondly, I had to return the order because the shoes were not delivered in time for a very special occasion. Now……it’s been two weeks since I returned the shoes via FedEx with YOUR shipping label, even received notification that you got the return, and STILL no refund!!! Horrible experience! This company has horrible customer service. Your shoes better fit because if not you have to pay return shipping and if the shoebox is missing or damaged you will only get a 75% “store credit” which is closer to 50% after taxes and the shipping you pay to return them. Even though their policy says if you don’t have the shipping box it’s fine. Stay with Zappos or Amazon.
This location is a distribution center. Perhaps they have sales occasionally, but otherwise it is closed to the public.
