I support someone to attend this clinic (this review is based on location of service not service provided). I do not understand how a clinic that likely has a signicant portion of payients/clients who have difficulties walking or other mobility issues have their clinic where there is 1. NO PARKING (need to park across the road in main shopping centre car parks) and then cross a pedestrian crossing of a busy road 2. NO direct access to their rooms. 3. Great care and service from Juan. Quickly identified my foot care issues, provided good advice on treatment and a great referral to different weight lifting shoes. Juan knows his stuff.
The Walking Clinic has been looking after me for many years and they are always very kind and professional.
Very positive experience with Kevin, who treats my mum on a regular basis with exceptional care and professionalism. Kevin shows genuine empathy and attentiveness making mum feel comfortable and well looked after. Highly recommend.
