Friendly service from everyone I've met. The prices are just right, especially for being in a more rich area. 'Upscale Resale' is definitely a good slogan for them. You can get anything from Gucci to Prada to Forever 21 and Gap. The environment is nice too, nice and spacious with color popping out everywhere. Plus, my favorite thing about the store that I have a problem with everywhere else, I never run into cotton balls (you know, those little balls on our clothing we get after washing a lot) or color fading.
