This company is very unprofessional. I ordered a floral arrangement for a dear relative. The company reassured me that the flowers would be delivered timely. When I got to the funeral home the flowers were not there. The owners refused to communicate with me regarding this issues and never delivered any flowers. I was never provided with any explanation as to what occurred or offered a refund.
