Had a very bad experience with this company. I would never bring my business here. Traumatizing and one of the worst experiences I’ve had, with no contact back.
Raising property insurance by almost 100% is predatory at best. My car insurance is also way higher than it should be with them. Will be happy to save over 700$ a year switching to progressive but honestly you his should be ashamed of yourself. I was quoted inflation as the reason my rates are DOUBLING

I did not have a positive experience with Judd’s wife who called me on a claim. I was told to never use the corporate website to submit a claim however if you are an Allstate customer, you are directed to submit a claim through the website or app. I was left confused and then told I was told I was contacted multiple times over the course of years regarding my current claim, which was completely inaccurate information.
