Don't waste your time or money. The W Tax Group is more like a professional sales agency than a tax resolution firm. Sounds great in the beginning until they hit you with what they call "tail-end" fees which will more like put you in more debt and hardship than you started out with. I'm grateful I didn't fall for their sales/fear tactics and hired a real TAX attorney who by the way cost less than 10 percent of the 20k dollars they tried charging me and got my tax issues resolved without any fear or more financial hardship.
