I'm a Latino man with medium-to-shoulder length 2C textured hair. For the past few years I've driven ~2 hours from Richmond to this salon to get a curly haircut with Nargis. I've had virtually no issues with her or her haircuts and have always left satisfied with her work. It was really difficult for me to find a curly certified hair dresser that wouldn't break the bank and left me happy, so I highly recommend for anyone in need of a curly cut.

I came to Nargis after a real disaster with highlights from a different salon, and she fixed it beautifully! She really listened to what I wanted and took the time to get the right plan together to get my hair back to what I wanted. It turned out exactly as I had hoped. I'll be coming back here from now on. Front of house is very kind as well, easy to work with.

Nargis does a great job with my hair. Some stylists think I have an easy men’s hair cut with curly hair where you can’t mess up, but Nargis took me seriously and has always given me a great cut that my wife loves. She takes the time to do a scissor cut on the sides instead of just using the buzz/shaver. And she even texturizes it. See attached photo for the great result. It’s great to find a stylist you can rely on for a good quality haircut. Worth the price.

I can’t say enough amazing things about The W Salon in Burke — especially about my stylist, Nargis! I first came in looking for a simple blowout for a wedding and left having found my new go-to hairstylist. From the moment I met Nargis, I knew I was in great hands. This is my third time to the salon. Nargis has highlighted my hair-blond and low lights with a very natural look. Her rates are very reasonable. She takes the time to ask specifically what I would like done and how I would like it cut-making sure I was pleased with the outcome. The salon itself is off a main street in a strip mall so easy to get there and park. I will definitely keep coming here and reccd Nargis!
