Edit: Changed my 5 star review to 1 star. My appointment was Sunday March 29th ended at about 4pm. That evening around 8pm one of my extensions was already gone. I went back the next day Monday March 30th after work around 1pm and had that one redone. Today is Thursday April 2nd, haven’t even made it a full week yet and more nails have popped off. This was my first time here and I had Amy. Amy did a great job executing exactly what I wanted and the colors. I wanted a multicolored french, but not a straight across french, more of a rounded slanted french, and she did it perfectly. Just in time for Spring! I will definitely be booking again with Amy.
I went in last Tuesday (3/10) for a French manicure. Unfortunately, one of my nails chipped within a few days, so I came back on Sunday to have it fixed. Now, by Tuesday, another nail has already chipped again. I’m pretty disappointed because I expected better quality, especially with the prices they charge and the reputation they promote. The durability just hasn’t been there for me. That said, the technician who did my nails was very nice and professional—that’s the reason for the extra star.
The salon was super clean and relaxing. Amy B. was fantastic! Everything was just wonderful!
