DO NOT WASTE TIME or MONEY here. Is the salon clean-yes. Are the techs nice-yes. Do they know how to do nails-no. Does the Polish chip within days or the first week-yes. Do they use crap polish-yes. Do they take care of their customers with their “goddess guarentee”-no. Overpriced crap salon claiming to be “high end”- yes. I gave them so many chances because they are open later. Kaitlyn was so awesome, I’ve never had someone check in with me every step of the way like she did! She made sure the water was the best temperature, i liked the shape of my nails, paid close attention to get the most flawless finish. She was so friendly too, good conversation. Will definitely be back!
service was relatively good except for the part where she cut off a giant piece of my cuticle and i bled the entire service. i get it, when i do my own nails i always wind up cutting my cuticles on accident too. then, my nails started chipping after 2 days. which again, it’s fine, i get it, maybe low quality gel (before you ask, yes, it was gel polish, I got charged extra for it). a week or so later and several of my nails are completely missing the color as it’s started literally peeling off. The nail techs will harass, call you names, and charge your card without authorization. Beware of this dump. Don't waste your time, they dont have it together. Walked into this location was harassed by the employee and was called a "bigot" as i walked out, I chose peace and to ignore it because obviously misery loves company and I am not a miserable person. I liked everything about my visit from the time I walked in the door. Very welcoming environment, friendly and relaxing. I absolutely love my Mani and would highly recommend Lindsey not only do I love my Mani but the whole experience was amazing my hands were not only beautiful but soft and smelled amazing Thank you Lyndsey.
